About JTW Accountants

After more than two decades in accounting, our founder, Jeremy, was keen to offer a fresh approach to business advice and accounting. He knew there was huge demand for more proactive, flexible, and responsive services.

And so, JTW Accountants was officially launched in early 2022, quickly establishing a loyal client base through word-of-mouth. Our clients range from micro-businesses and startups to multi-million dollar businesses with 50+ staff on payroll.

The future vision is clear: as we continue to grow, we’ll remain focused on meeting the needs of modern small to medium businesses.

Jeremy Wotton

Jeremy has more than two decades’ experience working in the accounting industry, and supported a wide range of clients (both big and small) before founding JTW Accountants in 2022.

As your accountant, Jeremy has all the qualifications: B. Accounting, CPA, Public Practice Certificate, Registered Tax Agent, Registered ASIC Company Agent, and approved SMSF Auditor. He's a conference speaker (Accountex Australia '23), member of the Early Adopters Hub, technology enthusiast, and partners with leading accounting systems. Plus, he has the real world knowledge to deal with just about any accounting or business challenge you can throw at him.

Jeremy is flexible, adaptable, and genuinely cares about seeing you succeed with your business and personal goals. And he won’t rest until you have the answers you need and a strategy that’s right for your situation.

When he’s not at work, Jeremy hangs out with his family, watches fast cars, and admires his growing lego collection. He’s also a bit of a political nerd and you’ll find him live-tweeting via #jerotweetsthebudget when budgets are released.

Toni is our highly skilled business manager, otherwise known as the better looking other half of JTW Accountants’ directorship — the one that really steers the ship.

An expert in HR, payroll, and all things business management, Toni has worked in Gladstone's accounting industry for more than 20 years and spent most of that time in management roles. She works closely with our clients to provide professional HR and payroll services, advice, and support, as well as temporary or ongoing support with bookkeeping.

Toni holds a Diploma of Management, as well as qualifications in Business Administration and Retail Operations.

Aside from accounting, Toni’s background also includes retail, administration, business management, and compliance. Before officially joining the JTW Accountants team, Toni took on a management role for a Gladstone-based communications company that supports the mining industry. So, it's safe to say that she's no stranger to compliance, contracts, staff/asset management, and paperwork!

Right now, Toni’s main hobby is taxiing her daughter to all of her hobbies (ballet, dance, martial arts, swimming, and clarinet!), but just like the rest of the JTW team, she also boasts a growing personal collection of Lego.
