You
The right candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, a keen attention to detail and a drive to deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients. You will be flexible, honest, and unashamedly passionate about proactive planning and tailored support that helps us build and support our clients’ businesses.

Other requirements include:
- University Degree qualified (or, currently studying) in Business, Commerce or Accounting
- 2+ years’ experience in a Public Practise Accounting role, specifically working with small to medium businesses
- Knowing Xero like the back of your hand
- Experience in processing and preparing Financial Statements, Activity Statements, Income Tax Returns for all entity types and family groups
- A great and practical understanding of the SME business tax environment including GST, CGT, FBT and Division 7A
- A deep knowledge in all things accounting, tax and compliance and the ability to communicate this to clients
- A strong work ethic and ability to deliver both individual and team projects
- A professional and polite demeanour
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines
Demonstrated experience in our tech stack of 100% cloud based, best of breed software solutions will be highly regarded.
The Role
Regardless of your number of years of experience, and current job title, we have a role for you. We currently have a number of roles available for experienced candidates, all the way from Cadet and Junior Accountants to Senior Accountants and Advisors with CPA, CA or IPA qualifications.
In every role, you will be empowered to bring your unique personality, skills and approach to the team as you work alongside our Managing Director and directly with our clients.
This role will have you getting out of the mundane office environment, and meeting with clients at their workplaces. Get excited and strap yourself in for some young, energetic clients who are thriving for growth and success!
